Returns Made Easy

We want you to love your Groovz product. Try it out, use it as intended, and if it’s not the right fit, we’ll make returns simple.

✅ 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your item if you are not satisfied.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Used or unused, as long as it is returned in good condition
• Returned with all original packaging, accessories, and items included in the box
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Opening the product and using it is completely fine. We just ask that everything originally included is sent back.

🔁 Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll happily replace it. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so we can take care of it quickly.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

📦 Free Returns

We offer free returns. Customers do not need to pay for return shipping. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and any necessary shipping details.
