How do I pair my Groovz Earbuds?

Press and hold the power button on each earbud until the LED light blinks. Then, enable Bluetooth on your device and select "Groovz Earbuds" from the available devices list.

How do I charge my earbuds?

Place the earbuds in the charging case and ensure the case is connected to a power source using the included USB cable. The LED indicators will light up when charging.

Can I use one earbud at a time?

Yes, you can use either the left or right earbud individually by taking only one earbud out of the charging case and pairing it with your device.

How do I reset my earbuds?

To reset, place both earbuds in the charging case, then press and hold the case's reset button for 10 seconds. The earbuds will disconnect from all devices and reset.

Why is the sound uneven between the earbuds?

If one earbud is quieter than the other, ensure both earbuds are fully charged and clean the mesh screens to remove any debris that might block sound.

How do I clean my earbuds?

Use a soft, dry cloth to gently clean the earbuds. For the mesh screens, use a small, dry brush to remove debris. Avoid using liquids.

Why won’t my earbuds connect to my device?

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and that the earbuds are in pairing mode. If the issue persists, reset the earbuds and try reconnecting.

How do I check the battery level?

The LED indicators on the charging case display the battery level. Three lights indicate a full charge, two lights indicate medium charge, and one light indicates low charge.
