Worked great for about a week and then problem connecting with Bluetooth. Tried resetting it from the instructions, and now it doesn’t work. Charging case does not have a reset button either.
My mother bought these as a Christmas gift. I use earbuds mostly when walking my dog. These are quite comfortable to wear but they are not the easiest to put on. I then decided to test the sound quality at different sound levels. I decided to text the volume at 3/4 level with different song titles. The base was ok without distortion but was lacking clarity. The higher notes starts to distort causing it to become annoying.
I don’t want to name the makes of other earbuds but I needed a comparison. These earbuds lack a quality that gives a pure sound and it’s easy for them to distort above half the volume.
I would recommend that people look at the reviews of all other types of earbuds before spending the amount of money that this company charges. I have a much cheaper brand of earbuds that gives a better sound quality.
Of course purse I can’t give them back to my mother to send back as it would hurt her feelings, so I’ll keep them as spare.
Overall I’m quite disappointed in the quality compared to price.

I can’t say enough about the Groovz Plus Open Ear Design! They are very comfortable and the sound has great quality, and I can still hear my surroundings noises, making me aware of what going on all around me!! I just Love Them, and I have them in many colors for my different moods and my fashions. Thank You again, Groovz for Such a Wonderful Product!!

Awesome. Earbuds do not work well for me. This wireless open ear allows clear hearing without the awful buds inside the ear. And they don't fall out while walking or talking. Everyone should definitely have.

I received my first pair of open ear headphones a couple ofweeks ago. I loved them but unfortunately they only worked for a day. The customer support team at Groovz was wonderful! They made a few suggestions of things to try. When those didn’t help, they said my product was evidently defective and they would replace them. Within about a week I had my new headphones and have had no firther trouble. Love the sound and how lightweight they are! I highly recommend trying them out!
These Groovz are a Christmas gift so they aren’t opened yet. I also bought a pair a few weeks ago for myself and I love them. I purchased the 2nd pair with the coupon I received from my 1st purchase. My AirPods were dying & I couldn’t afford new ones thought I’d give Groovz a try and they are just as good as the AirPod if not better!!

I’ve been using the GROOVZ earbuds for a few weeks now, and honestly, I’m really impressed. I wasn’t expecting much because of the affordable price, but they’ve turned out to be one of the best purchases I’ve made this year. The sound quality is crisp and well-balanced — the bass is deep without being overwhelming, and the vocals come through clearly. I use them for both music and phone calls, and the microphones with noise reduction work surprisingly well. People on the other end say they can hear me clearly even when I’m walking outside or in a noisy place.
Battery life is another big plus. I can easily go a few days before needing to charge the case, and the 26-hour battery claim actually feels accurate. I really like the small digital display on the case that shows the remaining battery — it’s such a simple but useful feature. No more guessing when I need to plug them in.
Comfort-wise, they fit securely in my ears without causing any pain or pressure, even after a couple of hours of use. I wear them at the gym and during walks, and they don’t fall out. The case is compact and has a nice carbon-fiber look that makes it feel premium.

This little speaker is a powerhouse! Besides how cute it is, it works great. It's very easy to pair with whatever you want. So happy I got this. I do have several pairs of their ear buds and they work great as well.
This is the second pair I have ordered. This pair is for a friend.The first pair was for myself and am enjoying them .Better than any other earbud I have spent money on.
Finally headphones that really work and don't hurt wearing them.
The sound is great. They are uncomfortable to wear for more than a few hours as the over/behind the ear strap is quite oddly shaped and creates pain points if you have them adjusted to hear the audio. I dislike in ear headphones for a similar reason. anyone wanna buy some headphones?
